Vehicle Based Independent Range System (VBIRS)
The VBIRS is a reduced Space, Weight, and Power (SWAP) LEO Satellite high-speed communication system. VBIRS LEO Ka/Ku-Band and/or 5G SatCom system interfaces with the aerospace vehicle telemetry data using flexible communication options, including RS-422/485 standard, ethernet, etc.
